TalEx is partnering with a large media services organization to identify a Program Coordinator for a contract role in New York City, NY.  This is a 6 month (extendable) contract position.

Your day
As a Program Coordinator, your days will vary greatly as there is no shortage of cool programs and projects to assist with. Our team is responsible for awesome programs like Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Internal Mobility, Performance Management and Onboarding (New Hire Orientation, New Manager Bootcamp, Geek Week, and Tech Bootcamp). You are instrumental in ensuring the quality of our programs.
More specifically, you will
• Partner with the Program Managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to deliver organized, engaging, and inspiring experiences for our employees

• Schedule speakers and rooms as needed 

• Manage event and program logistics
• Enter and track attendance including via the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Create and send program communications – participant lists, tracking spreadsheets, email follow-up, etc.
• Send out and gather survey feedback 

• Work on other special projects and other administrative responsibilities 

You must have 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a HR organization 

• Exceptional customer service skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of professionalism over email 
and in-person 

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent accuracy and attention to detail 

• Good ability to cope with and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proven ability to assess and improve processes 

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs. Experience with Mail Merge and Survey Monkey a plus
• Great sense of humor a must. Passion for technology and/or media a big plus.
