TalEx is partnering with a media services organization to identify an Executive Assistant for a contract role in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a 1 year (+) contract.
This person will provide administrative support to two Executives, including but not limited to scheduling meetings and events, travel arrangements, filing expenses, and other administrative duties. They should be proficient with the Google Suite and be familiar with Concur and Oracle, prior work in Corporate Development, M&A, and Partnership teams is a plus.
