A Lot About You
You will be part of a high performing Global Diversity & Inclusion team with specific responsibility for developing Client's global strategic partnership strategy that aligns with overarching Diversity, Inclusion & Talent Development goals and objectives.  You will be responsible for developing and delivering Client’s global D&I partnerships strategy, developing tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate impact and ROI of partnerships and develop reporting on partnership effectiveness.  The ideal candidate will be both strategic and agile, able to seamlessly rollout and execute large scale, highly visible external events and activations.
 
Your Day
  • Develop, drive and deliver Client’s global strategic D&I partnerships strategy; develop tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate impact and ROI of partnerships; develop reports on partnerships effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancement and improvement.
  • Identify, build and evaluate relationships with external partners and organizations (organizations, university groups, industry groups), including thought leaders and peer organizations, that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies for underrepresented groups.
  • Provide strategic direction and partnership with key stakeholders throughout the company (Department Heads, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, etc...)
  • Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and events and report to Senior Leadership and broader Company on progress.
  • Manage internal and external marketing & communications in regards to our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Building coalitions with partners and external stakeholders that will help us forward D&I in tech as well as our own talent mix and recruiting pipelines.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years professional experience in diversity & inclusion and/or program design and management (or some combo of both)
  • Experience influencing, developing, and empowering employees across multiple locations
  • Experience with facilitation or public speaking
  • Experience communicating with and building relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Experience researching, building, and driving strategic plans
  • Experience with project management and project coordination
  • Experience with strategy development (creation of roadmaps) and project management
  • Experience identifying issues and executing solutions to Diversity goals
  • Able to work across the business and establish cross-functional relationships
  • Highly flexible, ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
