Performance Enablement Business Analyst

Our team is responsible for awesome programs like Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Internal Mobility, Performance Management and Onboarding (New Hire Orientation, New Manager Bootcamp, Geek Week, and Tech Bootcamp). You will be instrumental to keeping these new programs and initiatives functioning at a high frequency and helping us ​gauge effectiveness and success once they officially launch in 2018.

More specifically, you will
  • Assist in developing Oath’s strategy for Performance Enablement and Innovation
  • Develop appropriate documentation such as business cases and executive presentations in support of grOATH initiatives and programs
  • Perform analysis of grOATH initiatives and programs to support strategic planning and roadmap planning efforts
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional project coordination
  • Construct documentation that clearly and concisely document grOATH initiatives and programs, defining details including but not limited to: scope, timing, resources, business impacts
  • Provide project support and/or management of grOATH projects, including but not limited to: creation and implementation of project plans, status reports, communication plans
  • Create and maintain any tools and process documentation
  • Build and design future-state workflows and help identify necessary business and system requirements to support the new workflow
  • Work with others across business groups as the representative of the grOATH - responsible for establishing and maintaining critical business relationships with fellow co-workers.
You must have 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a HR organization 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of professionalism over email 
and in-person 

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent accuracy and attention to detail 

• Good ability to cope with and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proven ability to assess and improve processes 

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs.
• Great sense of humor a must. Passion for technology and/or media a big plus.
