Responsibilities:
•      Partner with others on the HR and business team to support Performance Enablement initiatives, leverage corporate programs, and drive annual processes
•      Build cross-functional partnerships – work closely with HR, Legal, business groups, and other departments to achieve objectives impacting all of Oath talent
•      Drive program objectives – provide program management and defined project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes and documentation for program rollout and ongoing support
•      Work closely with peers and stakeholders to access, pull, clean and analyze data from a wide variety of HR data sources
•      Gather new data, link disparate forms of data, and/or creatively use existing data to propose solutions and present them in compelling way
Basic Qualifications
•      Bachelor's Degree
•      5+ years of work experience as a program manager or analyst, preferably in consulting
•      Highly flexible, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving organization
•      Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
•      Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines
•      Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present and clearly communicate complex data, analyses, findings, and recommendations to non-experts
•      Proven ability to function with a high degree of autonomy while leading projects independently
•      Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
