Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness

TalEx is partnering with a large technology firm to identify Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness.  This is a long term contract role in New York, NY.

As part of our Global Organization Effectiveness team, you will get that chance! We are looking for a Program Manager who will drive initiatives related Organization Design, Employee Engagement, Change Management and M&A.
 
Responsibilities Include:
·       Work with different Business to drive the Organization Design related discussions. Work with Business to identify initiatives that will help in improving the effectiveness of the organization design and provide required support to implement those initiatives.
·       Manage Employee Engagement Program for the entire organization. This will include designing and implementing the employee engagement strategy, work with analytics team to measure engagement and with the HRBPs to plan and implement actions across all businesses
·       Facilitate creation of Change Management Plan for all Organization wide, high impact initiatives. Work closely with the Program Owner to coach for successful implementation of Change Management Plan
·       Drive data analytics for Organization Design and help the clients to make data driven decisions in the area of Organization design, Engagement and Change Management. Keep track of vital metrics and report out periodically to different stakeholders along with an impactful message
·       Support future M&A activities while working closely with the Corporate Development team
·       Identify latest tools and technologies for driving Organization Effectiveness work and adapt most suitable one for the Business.
·       Build and implement communications, capability building and engagement strategies for all critical Organization Effectiveness strategic initiatives
·       Function as a thought partner and subject-matter expert to senior leaders and HRBPs and resolve their business issues
·       Work in close partnership with Global HR leaders and business unit leaders and partners to develop and implement impactful solutions
·       Collaborate closely with globally dispersed, cross-functional partners like Chiefs of Staff, Business Leaders, Marketing, CIO org, Events and wide variety of internal clients.
 
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
·       Graduate degree; preferably in Business, HR or Sociology. MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus
·       10+ years Organization Development, HR Business Partner or Talent Management experience in a highly dynamic, fast-paced growth environment
·       Experience in organization structuring, performance management, engagement, change management, leadership development and succession planning.
·       Expertise in designing and implementing global, world-class programs and learning solutions and implementing them flawlessly
·       Ability to thrive in high change, ambiguous organizational environments; pivots quickly, thinks creatively and pragmatically, moves from design to implementation quickly.
·       Strong written and verbal communication skills
