A Little About Us
RYOT Studio is the award-winning, global, creative studio for Oath and the engine behind
Oath’s content/branded marketing offering. Collaborating with our partner teams like the RYOT
creative team and Oath’s Field/Mid Market Sales and Sales Enablement teams, we ensure that
we are maximizing content/branded marketing revenue from our advertiser and agency
partners. As the face of media changes, we are on the frontlines of that evolution by utilizing
innovative tactics across technology, media and creative to develop award-winning and
impactful work.

A Lot About You
Oath is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to help us effectively tag, measure and
optimize complex branded content campaign. Responsibilities include:
• Analyze and interpret trends; provide actionable insights based on available data that will
improve various forms of traffic, conversions, site performance and overall user
experience.
• Work cross functionally with AdOps, Research and Product teams
• Lead reporting calls with clients where you will help interpret data and anlytics and how
to optimize content and media tactics to improve performance
• Establish, educate, and distribute dynamic dashboards for internal evaluation; including
real-time dashboards to monitor critical areas and scheduled dashboards for key-lead and
lag indicators.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and platforms to capture relevant data and
incorporate as necessary into findings.

You must have:
• 4-7 years professional experience in digital analytics
• You know the ins and outs of Google Analytics implementations, particularly around
event-level tracking.
• Excel is second nature to you, and you know how to aggregate data from disparate
sources into a consolidated view
• You have strong communication skills and the desire to work within a matrix
organization
• Interest in and familiarity with branded content and native advertising
