 Job Description:
The Manager of Audience Development will play a key role in efforts aimed at outreach and engagement for all branded content created by RYOT Studio.
This role sits within the newly formed Product and Operations team, working in conjunction with the Sales, Marketing and Production teams as part of RYOT Studio.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Foster, nurture and grow the Audience Development discipline for RYOT Studio.
  • Direct audience engagement and distribution initiatives for branded content across the Oath Owned and Operated media as well as 3rd party properties.
  • Create industry performance benchmarks and optimize traffic levers to continually meet and exceed thresholds.
  • Collaborate with account leads, sales strategists and brand stakeholders on timely client requests and proposals, craft innovative content engagement opportunities and develop post-campaign measurement strategies that empower clients with actionable insights.
  • Formulate strategic partnerships with leading third-party audience measurement platforms to seamlessly blend data and storytelling into all content marketing initiatives.
  • Foster and evangelize a  culture of research and testing for performance of all brand content generated by RYOT Studio.
  • Productize and manage emerging, off-platform opportunities for clients on relevant social and messaging platforms.
     
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-5 years of experience running social media and outreach campaigns, preferably at a brand, publisher, or agency
  • Ability to perform multi-task work responsibilities in a time-sensitive environment and the desire to work with external clients under tight deadlines.
  • Experience utilizing audience listening and analytics tools for data retrieval, analysis and reporting across both publishing and social platforms.
  • Experience creating marketing content (written or visual) for brands
  • Exceptionally social media savvy and aware of new trends / technology
  • Insatiable appetite for content, advertising and internet culture
  • A demonstrated excitement about RYOT Studio and it’s mission
