Digital Program Manager Role
The Digital Program Manager is a detail-oriented individual responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the post-sale execution across all custom programs across Oaths portfolio of brands. Digital Program managers are quick thinking individuals that thrive in a creative environment and possess a solid understanding of what makes quality custom content. The highly collaborative role works closely with internal stakeholders and our advertisers and agencies to drive executional excellence.

Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact internally and externally for RYOT Studio’s custom content programs.
Develop a thorough understanding of internal tools and processes (SFDC, Kick-Off Forms, etc.) and become an expert on cross platform custom content offerings, best practices, and specifications. Proactively identify opportunities to further streamline and bring increased efficiency the post-sales process.
Effectively communicate and educate clients on RYOT Studio custom content offerings while executing against advertiser KPI’s and goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Account Management, Ad ops, strategy, content creation, editorial to educate them on RYOT Studio custom content campaign processes and best practices, set client expectations, manage client kick-off calls, solicit client feedback and manage any revision/feedback requests.
Partner with our portfolio of editorial publisher brands and other cross-functional teams to manage and launch custom content campaigns.
Tasked with ensuring that all stakeholders are accountable for their individual core responsibilities.
Proactively monitor performance and delivery for assigned campaigns — works closely with Account Management, Ad Operations and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Track, analyze, and benchmark against performance of native & branded content campaigns via key analytics platforms (internal: MPS, SFDC, MT) & third-party (Parsley, Polar, Omniture). Works closely with creative / editorial and social to draw out specific campaign insights to present to client and include in post-campaign reporting materials.
