Description
Seeking iOS developer within their Connect engineering team located in Redwood Shores. The ideal candidate is an engineer who is passionate about application development and IoT space. We are looking for someone that is technical and hands on, capable of understanding requirements and implementing them.
Responsibilities:

Develop native iOS applications and libraries that interface with existing technologies

Design and implement new features for customer-facing applications and libraries
-
Integrate third-party SDKs/APIs
-
Work with a small independent team to develop and maintainapplications from creation to launch and beyond Qualifications:
-
4+ years of experience in iOS applications design and development
-
A deep familiarity with Cocoa Touch
-
Experience with Swift, Objective-C, and iOS frameworks such asCore Data, Core Animation, and other core technologies
-
Understanding of software design patterns and architecturalprinciples
-
Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
-
Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code
-
Knowledge of memory management
-
Attention to quality through unit tests, automation scripts, and codereviews
-
Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and user interface guidelines
-
Experience building applications that talk to RESTful web services
-
Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN. Bonus Experience:

Previous experience working with streaming video, WebView and JavaScript

Passion for and experience with UX / Design

Experience with Apple Watch
-
Experience with TDD
