Ashburn, VA · Information TechnologyTalEx is partnering with a media services organization to identify a Technical Writer for a contract role in Ashburn, VA. This has potential to provide some remote work as well.
Candidates must have experience in supporting a specific product. This person will be responsible for all knowledge management around a call center application. Candidate must be able to research new products that are coming out and document all information that users would need as it relates to daily use and troubleshooting.

- Candidates must have 2+ years of technical writing experience.
- Salesforce Knowledge & Basic HTML would be a plus
