Enterprise Agile & CI/CD Coach:
What you'll do:
In this role, you will work with our Business Development Operations (BDOps) team to drive agile
and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment transformation initiatives across Platforms
Supply. Your charter will include assessing and coaching global agile development teams and
stakeholders on lean principles. You will also support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines
adhering to standards. You will evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and
management for improvements. You will also look at how to continuously identify opportunities
to optimize and improve implementation of projects within the group.
Required Skills:
● Be able to educate all levels of the org on Agile & Lean practices including CI/CD and
help to identify where best to use each (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
● Create training materials relative to specific training needs and conduct the training as
needed. This includes being able to deliver customized training courses for teams to meet
the needs of the portfolio(s)
● Coach/facilitate team members to live the Agile way through regular 1:1 coaching
sessions as needed.
● Work with tools teams to ensure rapid maturity development supporting the transition of
day-to-day and project work to Agile
● Work with all appropriate teams to implement Agile practices and support rapid and
successful adoption of Agile
● Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization including those at C-Level
● Collaborate with other agile coaches (internal and consultant) to promote a common level
of baseline practices and identify necessary customization as relevant
● Observe Agile teams to identify coaching needs for continuous improvement of
individuals and/or practices embraced by team
● Promote principles of Servant Leadership across all levels of the org.
● Work Hard Play Hard - While hitting targets, be able to inject a sense of fun and energy
into the serious business of agile transformation.
Qualifications / Experience:
● Min 5+ years of experience as an Agile Transformation Consultant or Agile Coach
leading Agile transformation and adoption in high technology environments.
● Technical background with a deep understanding of modern Technical Architecture
including DevOps practices, experience with CICD tooling and Devops teams, programs
and related governance preferred.
● 10-20 years professional ICT experience (min 5-7+ years in an Agile consulting capacity
/ Senior Scrum Master / Senior Agile Technical Project Manager role)
● Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience;
Master's Degree preferred.
● One or more Expert-level Agile certification(s) - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC),
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) etc. - Scaled Agile Framework experience preferred
● Experience transforming large programs over to ‘Agile’ modus operandi.
● Experience implementing and continually improving Agile principles and practices, and
coaching on the recommended approach
● Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate
solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
● Innovative thinking – ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to the
transformation program
● Self Starter- takes the initiative with little hand holding or guidance.
● Solid presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
Skilled at influencing peers / managers and building consensus
Excellent communication skills
● Experienced with Agile Tooling (Agile Jira / Atlassian Stack preferred) and Lean / Agile
Program / Portfolio Governance.
